All items purchased on this site are shipped via the USPS unless otherwise requested by the customer. The postage required for any and all returns for any reason is the responsibility of the individual returning the merchandise. After reviewing circumstancs of return we may at our discretion reimburse for return postage. We do not insure products against damage in shipment or loss in shipment unless postal insurance has been purchased on the items.
