International customers need to be aware of the following information when ordering plant material from us
or anyone else in the United States. The items which are different for you than customers in the USA are as
follows:Due to delivery time for orders being beyond our control for International shipments, our replacement guarantee does not apply to International orders. We do not guarantee delivery. Some countries (France, Switzerland, Malta, Spain etc.)do not allow plants to be shipped across their border. Orders in excess of $500 can have special shipping arrangements made to insure delivery and appropriate import requirements for your country. All plant shipments require a Phyto Sanitary Certificate for export from the United States. Many foreign countries require them for import as well. This certificate issued by the Department of Agriculture of Florida is a certification from them that all plant items have been personally examined by one of their agents and are free of any pests which would prevent their export or import. The cost to us from The Department of Agriculture is $52 regardless of the number of cutting or plants. $52  While we guarantee our domestic shipments within 10 days (it usually 4 to 5 days), we cannot guarantee a time frame for International shipment. We attempt to ship everything "Global Priority" with US Post Office. Some countries just take longer. Two to three weeks has been our most common time frame to Europe, Asia, Australia and South America.
